When I was in seminary at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan; one of the projects that I did was a survey of all of the female graduates of the seminary. While it took some time to collate and to analyze the results and complete a report, here is a snapshot in time of where women in ministry in the Reformed Church in America were in the year 2000. The 48 page report contains quotes from many women who have struggled and succeeded in following God’s call to ordained ministry.
